Amanda, the most extravagant man in the city gets the news that his main child Mohan has been killed by Mangoo. Mohan was a drifter youngster who had run away from his home at eleven years old. Jamnadas calls his attorney Mr Gupta to make a will that after his passing 50% of his property ought to go to Sudha, he took on the little girl and a big part of it to Sailesh, child of Mr Gupta. As Sailesh in not prepared to acknowledge the passing of Mohan, he demands Jamnadas to keep a margin in the will that assuming Mohan draws near 45 days after the demise of Jamnadas his property goes to Mohan. Furthermore assuming he doesn't turn up, the will stays for all intents and purposes. Sailesh and Sudha begin looking for Mohan. In the interim Jamnadas becomes sick. He goes to Khandala to take a rest and there he bites the dust. After the passing of Jamnadas, Sailesh and Sudha look for Mohan. Days pass. At long last, it is the 45th day, what will happen now?
