The story centres around Donsai (Fardeen Khan), the successor to Dhanraj Empire. Donsai is amazingly against marriage and accepts one ought to never destroy his life by getting hitched. The vehicle proprietor, Shimmer (Sushmita Sen), gets her and takes Samarpreet to her home. At the point when they get to Shimmer's home, it turns out Shimmer is perhaps Donsai's closest companion. After Samarpreet acquires cognizance, she tells Shimmer all that Donsai did to her. Shine chooses to help Samarpreet and gives her a total makeover—she even changes her name to "Samara".


After Donsai sees Samara (not realizing that she is his significant other), he falls head over heels for her and asks her out. Gleam advises Samara to dismiss him; she acknowledges. Donsai then, at that point, meets her at a yacht, where the two start a discussion, and gradually Donsai chooses to wed her. Simultaneously, Shimmer's arrangement is destroyed, because of her sweetheart Pawan Raj Gandhi (Shahrukh Khan) showing up surprisingly for Karwa Chauth. Pawan understands Samarpreet's concern and offers to assist in the arrangement also. Shine understands her affections for PRG and she goes to meet him at the air terminal. Finally, Donsai acknowledges Samarpreet as his better half.
